SOA Transition Planning
This seminar discusses many of the pitfalls, lessons learned, and best practices of planning and carrying out a successful SOA transition initiative. Furthermore, the creation of a formal SOA transition plan will be explained along with many of the supplemental deliverables required for typical migration projects.
Key issues, such as the creation of targeted impact analysis reports, the definition of dynamic transition architectures, and the phasing in of industry technology standards and internal design standards and conventions will be covered and incorporated into the overall plan.
